Finances
The camp committee maintains the annual budget and tracks expenses. If you have questions about camp finances, email payments@ahgcampgtr.org.
Budget documents are shared with the board and available upon request through the camp committee.
Volunteer teams
We form teams to better serve camp in the future. If you are interested in serving on a committee or have advice to offer, contact board@ahgcampgtr.org and let us know which team interests you.
Activities Team
Works with the activities director to plan free time and nighttime activities.
Admin Team
Detail-oriented volunteers who prep for camp check-in so everything is ready for a great week.
Health and Safety Team
Reviews health and safety procedures, makes recommendations to the board, and reviews medical and high adventure forms prior to camp.
Registration Software Team
Plans and supports the camp registration platform — including the system replacing Regpack for future seasons.
Shepherd Team
Includes the camp shepherd, level shepherds, and cabin moms focused on the spiritual health of the girls.
Registration platform
Camp GTR now uses a custom registration system integrated with this website — replacing the legacy Regpack platform. The Registration Software Team supports the transition and ongoing improvements for future seasons.
