Check in & pick up
Detailed check-in and pick-up procedures are in the camp handbook. Please review arrival times, parking, and troop responsibilities before camp week.
Dress and behavior code
All campers and leaders are expected to follow the AHG Camp GTR dress and behavior standards. The dress code document must be signed at camp.
Food / dietary / allergy policy
- The Camp GTR Board is committed to the safety of each girl at camp but cannot oversee individual girls at camp.
- Woodland Lakes Christian Camp is not a peanut and/or tree nut free facility.
- No nut products will be allowed at camp — any found will be removed and returned at the end of camp.
- Please list any food allergies or sensitivities on the medical form.
- Any girl with food allergies must have a designated adult attending camp to assist her making decisions about what she can eat.
- A list of ingredients for each meal will be posted outside the dining hall.
- A gluten free cereal will be available at every meal, and salad will be available at every lunch and dinner.
- A refrigerator and microwave will be available if you wish to send nut free food for your daughter or yourself.
- All food must be clearly labeled with name and troop number. Only designated adults will have access to the refrigerator.
- Please provide as many non-perishable items as possible as space is limited.
Menu is subject to change due to product availability. All meals are served with fresh fruit and beverages. Lunch and supper include salad bar.
